Here is some piece of brilliant advertising placed in the international context: Cyprus bailout and banking.  “It’s all about truth and transparency in banking”.

It seems that alhillal bank  knows what a fast reaction means or is it pure coincidence? With most of the banks in Europe unsafe and chain connected, can the Arab banks be an alternative? However, they seem to know how to exploit the moment.
